where can i park?

As with most businesses and residences on Mill St, there is no designated parking. Guests can park in any of the several free municipal parking lots in downtown Elora:

• Geddes Street at East Mill St

• 1 MacDonald Square at the Centre Wellington Civic Centre

• 23 Metcalfe Street (located immediately north of the Elora LCBO)

• 25 Metcalfe Street (located South of the Elora LCBO)

• Margaret Street - located west of the Civic Centre (1 MacDonald Square), beside Hoffer Park

  PLEASE NOTE: Street parking in Elora has a 3-hour limit (look for clearly marked signage). By-law will ticket vehicles parked beyond this time period. Feel free to temporarily park in front of the building to unload luggage. Vehicles must use flashing hazards and only stay long enough to unload.

  Alternatively, there is paid parking available in the Elora Mill South Side Parking Lot at 29 Ross St, Elora.
  

do you have wi-fi?

Stay connected during your stay with complimentary internet services throughout our suite. Server and password are provided in the suite once you arrive.

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are honoured but subject to availability. There is a fee for this service and this privilege is only extended to guests who book directly with us. Please click here for more information.

is your suite pet-friendly?

Yes, you can bring your well-trained furry friend along for your stay. There is a one-time flat fee of $35 that covers multiple pets (2 maximum). This helps cover the extra clean-up costs. Service animals with appropriate documentation are welcome to accompany any guests with a disability (this does not include emotional support animals) and not incur the pet-fee. Do note, there are no grassy areas on the suites property. Dogs must be walked to grassy areas in town or in nearby parks. The Fergus Dog Park is a short drive away and is a wonderful place to allow your dog to run off-leash.

What is your cancellation policy?

Things change, we get it! Guests can cancel until 7 days before check-in for a partial (50%) refund. After that, the reservation is non-refundable. If booking through a third party (ie. VRBO, Airbnb), there is no refund on the service fees.
